 How It Works

1. Get a Box: Purchase an LBC box from an LBC branch or agent, or have one delivered to you.
2. Pack securely: Fill the box with items, wrapping them well and securing small items in containers, taping liquids, and declaring everything on the packing list.
3. Schedule Pickup: Book online or call LBC to arrange pickup.
4. Track Your Box: Use the tracking number to monitor its journey to your loved one's doorstep.
